We operate this website and online store, along with related services including the sale of aquatic plants, pond products, and related services such as consultation, installation, and maintenance (the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Due to the natural and living nature of aquatic plants and materials, variations in size, colour, growth stage, and overall appearance may occur. We do not guarantee plant survival, growth rate, or performance, as these depend on environmental conditions, installation quality, and ongoing maintenance.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and processed. We may not be able to cancel orders once confirmed.
Where Services include installation, consultation, or custom work, additional quotations or agreements may apply and will take precedence where applicable.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price at the time of order confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT, delivery, and any additional charges.

Riverside Aquatics is powered by Shopify. All transactions are between you and Riverside Aquatics. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase.

We do not guarantee outcomes relating to pond construction, natural pools, water clarity, or ecosystem performance, as these depend on environmental and maintenance factors beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riverside Aquatics shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

Clients are responsible for providing safe access and disclosing any underground services or hazards. Additional costs may apply if unforeseen conditions arise.
SECTION 26 – PLANT CARE AND MAINTENANCE
The success of aquatic plants and ecosystems depends on proper installation, water quality, and maintenance.
We are not responsible for plant loss or system performance where care guidelines are not followed.
